I’m Paul Reitmeier, a medical device sales leader with over 17 years of experience across CMF, orthopedic, spine, and SI fusion markets. I’ve built and led high-performing teams, partnered closely with surgeons and health systems, and helped organizations grow through disciplined execution and relationship-driven leadership.

Outside of my professional work, I’m deeply involved in coaching youth athletics, supporting the development of young athletes across football and basketball at both the club and school levels.
